Practitioner

Semester

The Shiv Nadar School of Law has a unique offering in the form of a separate semester where students learn exclusively from practitioners and visiting faculty. The inspiration is the short Winter Term at Harvard Law School.

During our ‘Practitioner Semester’ held every December, students will take short courses from an array of practitioners and visiting faculty. Through intensive 1-2 week courses, students gain real-world perspectives and job-ready skills. Alongside our dedicated placement team and 20 percent budgetary allocation for visiting faculty and practitioners, the ‘Practitioner Semester’ showcases our commitment to making students career-ready.
