Balachandar B holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Pondicherry Central University, Puducherry, and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Management from Tagore Arts and Science College. His interests span a range of areas, including collection development, institutional repositories, institutional archives, scholarly communication, reference services, information resource access, and user services.
